Heating mantles are made of thick gauge of spun aluminium with powder coated finish of attractive color.  The heating elements out of Nichrome wire on helically wound coil form safety insulated by fibre glass sleevings which in turn is attached to knitted glass fabric, to give flexible support to the flask.  The heating elements so, designed operates at black heat conditions, ensuring uniform heat transfer thus avoiding bumping of contents of flask.  Mantles are duly insulated by glass wool.

The mantle gives maximum surface temperature of 450 ºC. which is controlled by a energy regulator, suitable for operation on 230/240V AC 50HZ.

Owing to our vast industry experience, we are able to offer a superior quality range of Soxhlet extraction mantles. To ensure ease of operation, we offer these mantles with rectangular box housing the heaters and built-in controls. With the help of flexible and elastic heating element, these mantles ensure uniform distribution of heat through close contact with the flask.

This is a heavy duty heating plate with a removable mild steel plate at the top. The housing is made of mild steel sheet and finished in powder coat paint.  A heat control switch for low, medium and high heat and two nos., indicating lamps are provided on the front panel.

The heater coil of the electrical bunsen we manufacture are conically shaped and comprises spirally wound Nichrome coil.  These are accommodated in the grooves offered with the refractory case with proper insulation and stainless steel casing. The casing is mounted at the top of cylindrical powder coated aluminum housing. Holes are offered in the lower housing to evade excessive rise in temperature and gap between the stainless steel cylinder and regulator box. At the top a cowl is given to repel heat radiation from the hand while operating.

These rotary oil sealed pumps are quiet operating and vibration less, designed for continuous working and tested to assured satisfactory performance.  Mechanism is contained in a metal case with oil level sight gauge and drain plug at base.  Motor driven pumps are completely mounted on rectangular base plate and are furnished with V belt & Motor.  Supplied with Oil Trap & vacuum gauge.
