The laboratory incubators that we offer are supplied with two pilot lamps, perforated shelves at every level and operated on 220 / 230 VAC. Mains. These are fabricated with double walled chamber, with S.S. from inside and M.S. from outside and have powder coat finish. Glass wool packing is done between the two chambers to evade loss of thermal. The heating of the laboratoty incubators are controlled either by thermostat or digital temperature controller and for uniform heating fan air circulation is provided.

Double walled chamber, Inner made of stainless steel and outer made of cold rolled mild steel sheets finished with powder coating. Inter space between the walls is highly insulated with special grade glass wool. Inner chamber accommodates easily removable stainless steel shelves.  Full view inner Glass/Acrylic door permits inspection of the items. Lock & Key arrangement is provided in the outer double walled door. Temperature controlled by digital temperature controller working in conjuction of with RTD sensor kept in the Hot Zone. Air circulating fan assembly incorporated in the unit for maintaining uniform temperature  inside the working chamber The unit is fitted with door operated illumination lamp inside the chamber.  Refrigeration unit is formed by Kirlosker-Copeland compressor, air cooled condenser and accessories provided at the bottom of the chamber, while the built in control panel consisting of Digital Temperature controller, indicating lamps, on/off switch etc., is provided at the top. The unit is provided with 4 nos. caster wheels for easy movement within the laboratory.

Max. Temp. 5 ºC to 60 ºC  with an accuracy of ± 1 ºC .

Double walled chamber, outer made up of M.S. Sheet, finished in powder coating & inside made of stainless steel sheets. The inter space between inner & outer wall is packed with high-grade mineral glass wool. Temp. ranges from ambient + 5 °C to 70 °C. and is controlled by capillary type thermostat with an accuracy of ± 3 °C. The unit is provided with manual tray tilting device, so as to tilt the tray holding the eggs. Supplied with control panel. Designed to work on 220/230 V AC supply.

The egg incubator is available in capacities ranging from 50 eggs, 100 eggs, 200 eggs, 300 eggs, 500 eggs, and 1000 eggs.

Tissue culture rack are very useful for various types of tissue culture plants and other tissue culture work in tissue culture room.

• Construction : Tissue rack are made of tubular mild steel pipes duly powder coated.
• Size: 900 x 450 x 1800mm is covered with thick sunmica paste duro board. Which are terminate and insect proof fire and weather resistant. Distance between each rack is 15"
• Lighting : Four fluorescent tubes are properly illuminated by diffused, glare free fluorescent lights are built in upper portion in worktable.
• Chocks : All fluorescent tubes chocks and ultra violet germicidal tube chocks are fitted out side of rack. If desired to avoid heat dissipation inside the rack.
• Timer : 0-24 Hours Digital Timers are provided of tissue culture rack.
• Control Panels : All control panels are fitted tops of tissue culture racks. On/Off switch of fluorescent tubes and UV tubes. All control panels are fitted separately in each rack with indicator light.
• Easy Mobility : The whole rack is provided with four nos. castor wheels at the bottom for easy mobility to any place.
